Annie June CullinanMEMBER – MANAGER/ASST. ADMINISTRATOR

Annie hails from Rizal Nueva Ecija, Philippines, Graduated – Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Economics to one of the prestigious universities in the Philippines, Central Luzon State University, Science City of Munoz, Philippines.

Annie is married to a US Navy Veteran -named Kevin from Melbourne, Florida. Annie & Kevin were blessed with three- kids and five-grandkids.

She is a proud mother of her first son ,Heinrich a Registered Nurse , working in one of the hospital in the Philippines, second son Liam- a military, who is currently serving our country as a US Coast Guard based at Washington States and the youngest, Rodwealth – who also belongs to military, serving our country as a US Army, currently stationed at 82nd Airborne, Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

She has experienced in business acumen and professional relationships specific to the stated mission of the organization. Has a deep knowledge of business operations and have the ability and authority to bring people together to make timely binding decisions. Has extensive ability in demonstrating self-confidence, positive attitude towards self and other & maintains commitment and enthusiasm to goal achievement.

In 2020, ACE 1 LLC commence a Home Care Agency business operation . Annie has been inspired and honored by her husband and kids who are bravely and courageously serving the nation with a mission to protect the United States and its interests, both at home and abroad . Through ACE 1 LLC Annie & the entire staff are also serving our country with our home care services to all our clients.

Dee-Ann Nishioka, BSN-RN CNML ADMINISTRATOR

Dee-Ann is from Oahu, married to Curtis and currently resides in Hilo, Hawaii. Graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus. She has a Certified Nurse Manager Leader (CNML) certification.

She is currently employed as a Registered Nurse at Kohala Coast Urgent Care in Big Island, Hawaii.

She has been employed for more than 30 years at Hilo Medical Center as a Manager and Registered Nurse at Medical Unit.

Has been employed at Premier Medical Group as Covid Nurse Team Leader-serving the entire Big Island communities during outbreak of Covid Pandemic.

She has been a been a volunteer as Registered Nurse for Hope Street Medicine and at University of Hawaii Hilo Athletics.

Clarke Willis SUPERVISOR OFFICE STAFFING SERVICE COORDINATOR

Clarke was born in California, raised, and grew up and currently resides in Big Island , Hawaii, married to Andy who is from Wisconsin. She worked as a Paramedics in States of Las Vegas & Louisiana. In 2019, she served the community as paramedic helped with the Covid-19 epidemic. Has been employed at Premier Medical Group as Covid Team member- did the covid testing in Whole Big Island of Hawaii during the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

According to Clarke, “ through her career at ACE 1 LLC she learned how having a personal touch, can go a long way especially with individuals who are having one of their hardest days. ACE1 LLC is family to her and has been a blessing to her life. Our company is filled and ran by individuals who have a heart for the people; and will advocate for our clients”.

Leona Valencia, BSN-RN EDUCATOR

Leona was borna and raised in Big Island Hawaii.

She is a prometric certified to teach Nursing Assistant for Medical Pacific Training Institute.

She retired from the Hilo Medical Center after 36 years of working as Registered Nurse in various units. She worked in community as a case manager for about 20- years.

According to Auntie Leona as she is fondly called friends and co-workers. She is honored to be the current Educator for ACE 1 LLC.

Amy KoderaACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Amy was born in Hilo, Hawaii. She has recently retired from the United States Air Force after 20-years of service. Throughout her career, she has traveled to the mainland and different countries and had the opportunity to learn how to adapt to different circumstances, people, and cultures.

She started with transporting and building munitions and driving forklifts to accounting for millions of dollars of resources and managing people. In her position as an accounting specialist at ACE 1 LLC, she is utilizing her experiences, training, and administrative skills in home health care and supports employees, clients, and health plans.

Mary Serain, RNNURSE SUPERVISOR

Mary Serain, RN is the youngest of three children, born and raised in Hilo, graduating from Waiakea High School. She went on to attend colleges in the mainland such as UNLV and OSU, then returned home to UH Hilo where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, working as a Veterinary Assistant. Shortly after earning her bachelor’s degree, she also earned her certificate in the LPN nursing program and her RN associates degree at HCC. She has worked in the home health field since 2015, starting out as a nurse aid and then becoming a LPN, and finally an RN. Mary has work to various Home Health Agency’s in big Island.

According to Mary, Today she is humbled and honored to serve her community with ACE 1 LLC.

Megan GrayADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Megan, 19 year old was born in New York, raised in Indiana, grew up in Hawaii . She graduated from CLA and currently lives in Keaau, Hawaii with her parents -Her Dad is a Pastor of Baptist Church in Hilo, Hawaii and her mom who is a teacher at Christian Liberty Academy.

Megan at young age worked at Foodland-local supermarket in the island as a Courtesy Clerk.

According to Megan, “Fortunately, I have had the honor of working for ACE 1 LLC for 7 months and counting. I currently have the goal to become an accountant and look forward to serving my community for many years to be with ACE 1 LLC.”

Precy Oducayen, BSN-RNNURSE SUPERVISOR

Precy was born & grew up in the Philippines, married to Aris and currently living at Hilo, Hawaii. She currently has a States of Hawaii RN license with 18 years in the nursing academe and clinical settings in the Philippines. She had experience in working in Nursing Skilled facility and currently on call school nurse in various schools in the Big Island of Hawaii. Works as a part time in some Home health Agency’s in Hilo Hawaii.

Precy, as an ACE 1 LLC ‘s Nurse and Supervisor works with dedication serving clients with compassion, loving and excellent care.

Alex 18 years old was born in New York, raised in Indiana, grew up in Hawaii ,currently lives in Keaau, Hawaii with her parents -Her Dad is a Pastor of Baptist Church in Hilo, Hawaii and her mom who is a teacher at Christian Liberty Academy. She recently graduated High School at Christian Liberty Academy, where she worked in After-School-Care during high school and substituted for two months the next school year.

According to Alex working at ACE 1 LLC for almost a month, Shelearned so much about what it means to run an office, communicate with employees and clients, and so much more. She hope to become a graphic designer and run her own business someday where she can help local businesses and churches build websites and advertise. She looks towards the future of helping the community through ACE 1 LLC.
