ACE 1 LLC dba: A CARE OF EXCELLENCE accepts individuals as clients according to the following criteria:

  • The ACE 1 LLC dba: A CARE OF EXCELLENCE is a State of Hawaii Licensed home care agency, that is qualified to provide the services required in a safe, efficient and responsible manner.
  • ACE 1 LLC dba: A CARE OF EXCELLENCE has a sufficient number of qualified personnel and resources to meet a prospective client’s requested/needed services.
  • The services requested/needed fall within the Agency’s scope of services.
  • Clients must reside within the geographical area served by ACE 1 LLC dba: A CARE OF EXCELLENCE.
  • The client’s home environment must be adequate for safe and effective care.
  • ACE 1 LLC dba: A CARE OF EXCELLENCE prohibits discrimination against any prospective or current client based on race, sex, including gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, color, religion, ethnicity, country of origin, gender, or marital status to receive home care services in the geographic area of the ACE 1 LLC dba: A CARE OF EXCELLENCE.

You will be considered as our clients and anybody who needs home care services such as:

  • Elderly family members like parents or grandparents, auntie or uncle who needs assistance in their daily living activities such as grooming, bathing and oral hygeinde.
  • Your love one’s or any family member who are recently out from hospitalization, that needs to recover from their illness and while gaining their strength.
  • Family members or love ones who are terminally ill and with a chromic disease that limits them to do their daily activity of living.
  • You -yourself or a caregiver who likes to take a break, we offer temporary substitute support for clients in order to provide a brief period of rest or relief for caregivers.
  • Elderly family members, or relatives or anybody who needs assistance in light housekeeping or laundry, shopping, picking up of medication or grocery shopping. With the current COVID 19 pandemic elderly parents or those with an underlying health conditions are encourage to stay home to prevent illness and infected by this virus.
  • Elderly parents or relatives or somebody who are fall risk needing help in getting up from bed to chair or ambulating elderly parents or relatives who are suffering from dementia, we are here to prevent them from wandering around and for reminding them to take their medication.

CHARGES / SERVICE FEE

We will inform the client and their representatives of all charges and services fees and methods of payment before or upon admission.

CLIENT BILL OF RIGHTS

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
It is anticipated that observance of these rights and responsibilities will contribute to more effective care and greater satisfaction for the patient as well as the staff. The rights will be respected by all personnel and integrated into all Home Care programs. A copy of these rights will be given to clients and their families or designated representative. The client or his/her designated representative has the right to exercise these rights. In the case of a client adjudged incompetent, the rights of the client are exercised by the person appointed by law to act on the client’s behalf. In the case of a client who has not been adjudged incompetent. Any legal representative may exercise the client’s rights to the extent permitted by law.
